Experience matters. Over the last 28 years, I’ve had the honor of helping over 3,000 homeowners with their mortgage needs. Many of my clients have executed multiple transactions with me over the years, and most of my new clients are sourced through existing client referrals.

I recognize that buying a home is a huge financial decision. In fact, for most folks it’s the single-biggest financial decision of their lifetime. So, whether I’m helping a recent graduate purchase his first condo or helping a seasoned real-estate investor refinance her portfolio, I always try to analyze each client’s financial situation on a personalized and holistic basis.

After the home-buying process is complete, I am easily accessible to my clients for questions or concerns between transactions. By taking a consultative rather than transactional approach, I am able to offer prospective homeowners a wide variety of available loan options and help select the option that best meets their individual needs.

At Intercoastal Mortgage, over 95% of our loans are handled in house. All stages of the processing, underwriting, compliance, and closing are handled at the branch level. Why is this so important?

By working with my locally based team, I’m able to keep apprised of each step in the loan process, from the initial loan application to the signing of the final closing documents. Having everything “in house” also allows us to move faster than a lot of other lenders. In this competitive DC marketplace, buyers need to be agile. We have the infrastructure to make this a reality. Simply put, we provide a level of service to the mortgage process that’s hard to find these days.

Working with the right mortgage professional is a big part of making sure your home-buying process is an enjoyable one. Let me put my years of experience to work for you!
